If you have never "unzipped" a file before, it is a relatively easy process. Here are the step-by-step instructions. (Note: your specific screens may vary a bit depending upon the version of WinZip you have)

The current download file is located in the left column. Simply click on the link and download the file to your local hard drive. To "Unzip" the file once you have downloaded it:

1)	Using MyComputer - locate the zip file in the location you saved it to
2)	Double-click on the file name (e.g.etlink.zip)to begin unzipping the file:
	Select "Unzip" from the WinZip Wizard menu
	Select a folder on your hard drive where you want to store the program files and select "Unzip Now". The files will automatically extract to the folder you selected. (Select a location that will be easy to remember and locate)
	To create a shortcut on your desktop, locate the INDEX.HTML file in the folder where you downloaded the files. Right-click your mouse on the file name and select "Create Shortcut" from the list of options. Place the shortcut on your Desktop. To run the program, simply click on the Desktop icon.
