To download the files from this site you will need:
- A high speed connection (as the file sizes are quite large)
- WinZip software (to uncompress the program's files and folders) - chances are you may already have this on your machine
Step 1: Select your download from the list below:
Please Note: As a reminder, please allow time for the download and extraction to take place, as the process may take 30 minutes (from large offices and at home via cable modem or DSL) or more. To minimize the impact of large file downloads on remote office network performance and on your time:
- If you have high speed access at your home (cable modem or DSL), perform the download from home if possible.
- If you plan to visit a large MetLife office (Bridgewater, Aurora, etc.), complete the download while you are there. Large sites usually have more network capacity.
Remember you can "minimize" the screen while the downloading process is in progress, and continue to actively working in other programs (i.e. Lotus Notes, Sales Radar, etc).
