MetBroker provides you with the ability to choose your own unique username and password upon registration. Passwords are case-sensitive and can't be the same as your User Name. The username must be 8 to 20 characters and contain at least two letters and one number. The password must be 6 to 20 characters and contain at least one letter and one number.

We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. Make sure that you do not use a word that can be easily associated with you, or numbers in a series.

If you feel your Password has been compromised, you should change your Password. Update your profile, to change your password now.

In order for MetBroker to perform properly, we recommend that the computer accessing the site have the following minimum requirements:

- Computer/Processor: 486DX/66 MHz or Higher
- Memory: 64 MB of RAM minimum
- Encryption Level: 128-bit SSL encryption
- Monitor Resolution: 1027 x 768 pixels or 800 x 600 pixels
- Software: Adobe Acrobat Reader® 4.0 or higher is required for downloading claim forms, legislative releases, and feature guides.
